Hello readers! We got our hands on new VPS to test it out. Today we are testing VirMach SSD1G VPS with a 10Gbps network located in Buffalo, NY. An average disk I/O speed for SSD which should/could be better. Low network performance and we have made a support ticket regarding it. We will see how fast they will get back to us.

Support

At the time of writing this review, we have a support ticket opened for several hours which was simply ignored and not answered. The ticket was opened at their working hours (15:32). Also, we have canceled services and requested a refund which again is ignored by the VirMach. Worth mention is that if you try to open a dispute you will see something really funny on PayPal page:

This comes as a funny thing in our eyes, as we did open tickets, we did try to communicate and resolve the issue but we are simply ignored. We are done with VirMach SSD VPS Review with PayPal dispute opened.
