Hello readers! It is always the right time to make another review, and this time we are doing ServerCheap.NET. We got our hands on the ServerCheap.NET KVM SSD plan with 4GB of RAM and 4 CPU cores. You can check all of their plans including one which we got on this page. From the start we had some problems with VPS but we will talk about it later on, so let’s start our review:

Support

We paid our VPS like we always do when we are doing a review, and we got an email with our VPS information. The problem starts here, as we could not boot VPS, could not restart it, or reinstall it, and in the client portal, it was offline. So basically we got VPS which we can’t use at all, and of course, we have contacted support regarding it. The ticket was answered after 3+ hours “Some orders are flagged for manual review before server being online and yours was one of them.” As far as we know, any fraud plugin does not work in that way, our invoice should be marked as fraud, and we should not be able to pay. This reply was funny, but it’s ok we guess. Also, if you wish to install Windows OS you need to submit a ticket to the support (which is another big minus) and wait a few hours to be able to reinstall it.
